5 Day Photo Challenge

Support local with content.

Great things come in small packages. Nothing is truer than the life of a micro influencer. And who is that? It's US yo! People trust their friends, so when you talk about the places and things you love on social media, you are actually helping to keep your favorite places in business. That's right you little micro influencer!

The challenge rules.

1. Photos may be captured on ANY type of photographic device.
2. Photos must be taken the same day they are posted.
3. Photos may be color corrected, filtered or retouched.
4. Photos must include a mention of the local business you are supporting.
5. Photos must include the hashtag #socialmadelocal
6. Photos must be posted to the Social Made Local Facebook Group OR tagged on Instagram @socialmadelocal

The challenge themes.

April 30 | Fashion + Design
Strike a pose and give us your best duck face. From apparel to interior design, if it's beautifully made this is your category.

May 1 | Beauty + Grooming
Hair, make-up and beard trims. If it makes you feel good on the outside then frame it up and post.

May 2 | Culture + Community
All of the things that make our city beautiful from art, music and community organizations. Show some love to the people making our world a better place.

May 3 | Fitness + Leisure
Work that body. If it moves you, grooves you and just makes you wiggle with joy then snap a photo and share it.

May 4 | Food + Drink
Shout out to the tasty treats that keep us going. Show us your best food photography on the final day of the challenge.

Prizes and fun stuff.

Every day of the challenge we will be going LIVE on Facebook to reveal the previous day's TOP 2 Photos. At the end of the challenge 3 WINNERS will be crowned.

All three winners will receive a PRIZE PACK filled with a tonne of sweet goodies from our judges, sponsors and Social Made Local. We encourage people from all over the planet to participate, however winners must be able to pick their prizes up at Joyne in Saskatoon.
